Freestone set out to create a boat that was more durable, stronger, more stable, more maneuverable and safer. To accomplish these goals Freestone developed a new construction process, which has never been employed before. It combines the use of proven sandwich core construction principles but with new materials. This allows Freestone to build a boat that is stronger and lighter than traditional construction methods. The current Freestone lowside boat weighs 338lbs complete with all accessories, which is one hundred pounds lighter than our competitors. It will not fracture or crack upon rock impact like traditional fiberglass boats.
